What to Bring to Your First Visit
To make your first appointment as smooth as possible, please bring a valid photo ID, your dental insurance card (if applicable), and a list of any medications you are currently taking. New patient forms are available on our website so you can complete them in advance and save time at the office.
If you have recent dental X-rays from a previous provider, we are happy to accept digital transfers — just let us know when you call. Our team will reach out ahead of your appointment to confirm details and answer any questions.

Our office is conveniently located at 5450 Clairemont Mesa Blvd, Suite C, in the heart of Clairemont Mesa. We are easily accessible from Interstate 5, Interstate 805, and Highway 52, with free on-site parking available directly in front of the building. The office is wheelchair accessible, and we welcome patients from Kearny Mesa, Linda Vista, Mission Hills, and throughout greater San Diego.
